Life gives you feedback constantly….
- A conversation that didn’t go well.
- A brilliant day.
- A mistake.
- Boredom.
- Success.
- A decision that still doesn’t feel comfortable.
But experience alone doesn’t guarantee learning. You have to stop long enough to ask:
**What is this telling me?**
Being Reflective means looking honestly at what happened.
Being Reflexive goes further: recognising your own part within it, and using that insight to change what you do next.
That requires honesty and sometimes uncomfortable honesty.
