Some of that spending is deliberate. Some of it disappears into scrolling, procrastination, distraction and things that don’t really matter to you.
Being Time Sensitive isn’t about squeezing productivity from every minute.
Quite the opposite.
It’s recognising that because your time is limited, how you choose to spend it matters.
- Work matters.
- Rest matters.
- Relationships matter.
- Fun matters.
- Doing absolutely nothing sometimes matters.
The question is whether you’re choosing where your time goes or simply discovering where it went.
Time is a finite resource so we need to become much more conscious about how we use it.
